🌲 PLEASE PLAN AHEAD + ARRIVE EARLY!
Pinecrest can get very busy over Labor Day Weekend, so expect heavier traffic, limited parking, and more visitors than usual. Give yourself plenty of extra travel time so you’re not rushing to find parking or meet up with the group.

We will meet directly at the Cedar Group Picnic Area in Pinecrest. This is our only official meet-up location — we will not be meeting anywhere beforehand or traveling up as a group.

Members are more than welcome to coordinate rides and carpool with each other! Any carpool arrangements will be up to members to organize on their own.
